Stainless Steel Tube A269

We have 10 sets of Cold Drawn Mills including 2 sets of Cold Drawing Machine with Floating Mandrels with Korea Lubricant Oil. Ensure the Roughness of the stainless steel tubing surface. And degreasing work is all finished manually, ensuring the brightness enough of stainless steel tubes. Final solution annealing finished with Bright Annealing Furnace. Without Pickling, So it will friendly to the Enviorment.

We have 4 Sets of Precision Cold Rolled Machines using highly polished rollers in touch with the stainless steel surface and control the velocity of the Pilger machine to ensure smoothness and brightness. Selected the best quality stainless steel round bar, clean and smooth on the outside surface and inside surfaces. Withstand high pressure, no deformation after cold bending, no crack and break after flattening and flaring, etc.

- 100% Hydrostatic Test and 100% Eddy Current Test

- Ultrasonic Test subject to the MPS (Material Purchase Specification)

- Mechanical Tests include Tension Test, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test

- Impact Test subject to Standard request

- Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test

- Ultrasonic measuring of Wall Thickness
